Life in the Fast Lane
TSA Clothing
2001, 35 minutes
Current Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Donít let the 2001 release date fool you, as Life in the Fast Lane features the TSA team circa 1996, with a very short preview at the end for an upcoming video featuring the current team. Almost every skater featured is incredibly popular nowadays. Consider when itís from and know that you are going to see a lot of the same tricks that are popular today, only a bit smaller, both at street spots and on ramps.

With the cast that it features, Life in the Fast Lane has got something for everyone. Even though the footage is kinda old, thereís a wide enough variety of unique styles to keep it interesting. Chris Senn skates fast and has the best kickflip frontside airs, Peter Smolik can do anything and at the same time make it look easy and Josh Kasper takes some big drops. A pre-deportation Ali Boulala has an impressive but short part, Ronnie Creager skates switch and makes it look regular and Steve Olson has one of the coolest, loosest styles. This video also showcases my favorite Muska part ever and Pennyís got a jaw-dropping part because, well, heís Tom Penny. Life in the Fast Lane is a great video that Iím sure almost everyone has overlooked.
