Cigar City Josh Stewart 1998, 24 minutes Current Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Cigar City is a video featuring an all Florida cast, made up of spots and skaters you might not see too much of. There’s plenty of Tampa footage, but it’s varied enough to avoid overkill of the pyramid wizardry and Synagogue rail. Check out early footage of Jeff Lenoce, Ed Selego, Allen Russell, Mike Frazier and other rippers from the dirty south as well as get a great insight into what the Florida scene is all about. September 23, 2002 I live in Northern California, so I get psyched to see SF footage, the Tilt Mode guys, or skatepark killers that ride Northern California. I'm sure every person is more attuned to his or her own scene. So when I saw this Florida video, I have to admit, I thought I was going to be bored out of my mind. I'm happy to say that I found myself actually enjoying the video. The last video I saw from Florida was World Market, and needless to say, it wasn't top-caliber performance. Cigar City ain't bad and is worth your time. Couldnt B. Happier
