Feasters is the very first Birdhouse video project. It came out in 1992 and could be purchased for five bucks directly from Birdhouse. It is almost the antithesis of The End in terms of production (i.e. extremely lo-fi). By looking at the date alone, you may be able to tell that this video is mostly street skating and chock full of combination flip-tricks that take an entire paragraph to describe. There’s also a bit of vert and mini thrown in for good measure, probably just to prove that vert isn't totally "dead" like it was considered to be back then.

All I really have to say about this video is this: Tony Hawk has a full street skating part! Not only that, but he sports a shoulder length bowl-cut and wears those huge jeans only ravers would be caught dead in nowadays. It's great! Just don't let it distract you from the fact that he pulls every street move from that time, not to mention timeless greats like proper frontside 360 ollies, both switch and regular. Throw in Steve Berra skating street AND vert in one of his first full parts along with some vintage Willy Santos footage, and what you have is a very entertaining piece of skateboarding history.

Show us a nose blunt Tony! And another and another! Good job Tony! Now roll over Tony. Good boy Tony! Willy Santos kicks so much ass in this movie that it hurts to brush my only remaining tooth. He sickens me to no end. Such accuracy on late flips, 360 flips, late shove-its, and double boardslide 360 returns is ridiculous. Can someone please help me pull my panties over the bumps! Ouch! Klein reveals a terrific ollie over a large street dumpster and Hawk skates some more again. How can one person do so much in a day?
